3n

my area for my 1st rotation is in 3n. it is my 1st duty for the 3rd year level. since it is in the new building, i expect my clients to be demanding since they pay the highest room rate in the hospital. my only client for today is a Chinese woman from Mandaluyong. NSVD (normal spontaneous vaginal delivery) on her 3rd day of admission. mgh today. i had given her the best care i could give. =) i gave medications, took vital signs and did perilight. I'm so happy that is is so glad to meet me as her nurse. she asked for my number. we talked a lot. she is like my instant ate. =) well, its so great that i had brought all my paraphernalia and i came early. i hope i can improve everyday and i can establish better raport to my clients. thats all.. =) leader pala ako. =)yeah!
